All of our licensed product is sourced from local suppliers who own the licenses (licensees) for the products that they represent including but not limited to, Cartoon Network, Disney, Marvel Comics, Mattel and Nickelodeon.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that a product supplied to you by Home World Home Goods CC is damaged, Home World Home Goods CC will guarantee such products from any and all factory/manufacturing and/or packaging defects.
Damaged goods will not be refunded.
Damaged goods should be returned to Home World Home Goods CC so that we may assess the fault/s and take the necessary actions to replace or exchange the item. Damaged goods should be returned as per the instructions found under Home World Home Goods CC ‘Terms & Conditions’:

Should Home World Home Goods CC assess the damages caused and such damages were caused by factory/manufacturing and/or packaging defects, we will exchange the item for a similar or different item, as per the customer’s request.
In the case of unavailability of item/s Home World Home Goods CC, we will either offer you a similar or different item, notify you how long it will take for that item to become available or issue you with a credit note (or gift certificate) for the full invoice amount less shipping for use for the same or any other similar item on our site.
Home World Home Goods CC reserves the right to assess damages and accept or decline any return of damaged goods based on the nature of the damages.
