Welcome to Home World Home Goods CC website. Home World Home Goods CC is a business in the retail industry that markets both licensed and non-licensed home goods as well as provides services such as personal home or office consultations.
Home World Home Goods CC has provided these services to you subject to the conditions detailed in this agreement. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
By visiting and using this website and/or registering on Home World Home Goods CC you confirm that you have familiarised yourself with the terms and conditions governing the usage of the website and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The use of any services provided by Home World Home Good CC including any purchases made by you from Home World Home Goods CC are subject to the terms and conditions below.

Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will usually be processed within 2 (two) working days (48 hours) and shipping confirmed by way of email notification.
Home World Home Goods CC will contact you and you will receive a booking reference number / waybill number once your order has been dispatched. This reference number/waybill number can be used to track your order should you wish to do so. The relevant couriers website address and details will be provided for you to track your order.
Orders will usually be dispatched within 5-7 business days from receipt of payment unless your item is on back-order or out of stock. If the item is out of stock the customer will be notified via email.
Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Home World Home Goods CC is subject to availability.
Home World Home Goods will only accept returns for items within 7 days of receipt and will only refund the full invoice amount less shipping.
If you would like to exchange an item for a similar or different item, please see the exchange policy below.
In the case of unavailability of item/s Home World Home Goods CC, we will either offer you a similar (or different) item, notify you how long it will take for that item to become available or provide you with a full refund within 7 days of receipt.
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee.

Home World Home Goods CC will exchange will exchange any item if you are dissatisfied with it. There are, however, some limitations as laid out below in this Exchange Policy. We will endeavor to exchange any item for an item of the same style, subject to stock availability. If it not possible to replace an item of the same style, we will exchange it for another item of the customer’s choice, for the same value. The following conditions apply: • The item is returned in its original, undamaged packaging • The item has not been soiled, altered or damaged in any way • The item is accompanied by its original receipt • The item has not been used • The item is returned within 7 days of receipt • The original labels are still attached to the item • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer Please provide us with your details when returning a parcel either by including a copy of your invoice or write your details on paper and include this with your return parcel: Order/invoice number (this can be found on the top of your invoice) • Name • Address • Email Address • Your Requirements - i.e. exchange / return (Please ensure when sending goods back that a traceable method is used in case of loss as we are unable to process returns unless we have received them) Please help us to make improvements to our service by telling us why you are returning the product/s, i.e. Too big for the bed, wrong character license etc.
If we receive an item for return and feel that our terms and conditions laid out above have been breached in any way we reserve the right to decline an exchange on that basis (eg. Should the item not be in it’s original packaging OR the item looks as though it has been used etc).
Customer Privacy Policy
Home World Home Goods CC shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.

Payment Options Accepted
We have 4 methods of payment available to you:
· Payment by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) via the website
· Payment by EFT directly into the Home World Home Goods
CC Nedbank Current Account.
· Payment by Cash or Cheque directly into the Home World Home Goods CC Nedbank Current Account.
· COD payment is available to if you choose the option ‘Collection at our offices’ at ‘Checkout’.
Prices
All prices reflected on this website are inclusive of V.A.T (Value Added Tax)
Although we will use our best efforts to ensure that prices reflected on the website are accurate and current, because of the nature of the goods, prices change and are subject to change without notice. In the event that the price to be charged is more than the price reflected on the website, in respect of any goods, we will advise you thereof, by email, prior to delivery thereof, thus giving you the opportunity to accept or reject any higher price.
Emails sent to you but not responded to within 7 (seven) days of us sending the email will be deemed to be an acceptance of the higher price.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Home World Home Goods CC by Virtual Card Service (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Nedbank of South Africa. ShopDirect uses SSL3 and credit card information is stored per Visa and Mastercard guidelines on the website. Users may go to www.shopdirect.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by Home World Home Goods CC separately from card details which are entered by the client on ShopDirect’s secure site.

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).
Responsibility
Home World Home Goods CC takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Home World Home Goods CC chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 50 Wilhelmina Street, Troyeville, Johannesburg, South Africa, 2094.
